The idea of C.O.T.S Stonebaked Gourmet Pizza was born out of a passion for quality Neapolitan style pizza. Fresh hand stretched dough, cooked on stone with a real flame. We use only the finest quality ingredients made in Scotland where possible.

Pizza is truly the best example of the sum being greater than its parts.

We started making Pizzas for ourselves at staff parties but we realised they were too good not to share with you all.

We look forward to sharing a slice with you down at the deli real soon.
